FedEx is no longer guaranteeing express packages. If you need it overnight, we can request it, but there are not any guarantees anymore.
There are so many parts for many different hot tubs/spas. If you do not see what you are looking for: email, call or text us and we will do out utmost best to find the parts you are needing.

**Artesian only ships UPS, Artesian takes 7 days to process an order and ship.
Older Spa Pillows must be custom made and may
require 3-4 weeks for producing, curing and shipping.
All Electronic parts are non-refundable, exchange only after part is returned and tested.
All returns will have a 25% restocking fee.
Credit is not issued until parts are returned to All Spa Repair in good/resalable condition.
